CAVE POLICY

Salt Cave Etiquette: It is important for guests not to speak during the session so that everyone may relax. Shoes and electronics are not allowed in the cave. Thank you for your cooperation, we hope you enjoy your visit.

Cancellation Policy: Prana Salt Cave requires a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule private appointments like massage and for public events. Any changes to appointments within that time frame will result in cancellation fees up to 100% of the service cost. Therefore, a card must be stored on file in order to book an appointment or an event
HEALTH and SAFETY
Although most people do not have any issues with dry salt therapy it is important to check with your doctor if you have kidney, thyroid, serious heart conditions or are undergoing chemo, before visiting the cave. If you have arrived and feel any sort of discomfort you are welcome to step out of the cave and please let us help you.
